Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will:
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide solutions to client issues and concerns
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from clients
- Provide product information on customer orders
- Resolve client concerns and complaints
- Provide follow-up calls to clients
- Research information using multiple resources
- Route calls to the appropriate resource
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to provide 2 professional references
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
