Job Summary

We are seeking a Material Handler to assist with preparation of the paint-line and powder coating fabricated materials at O'Neal Manufacturing Services. The successful candidate will commit to workplace safety, prepare, set up, and test paint spraying, apply powder coating when required, mix coating materials in accordance with specifications, and provide error-free work to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Commitment to workplace safety
  • Prepare, set up, and test paint spraying
  • Apply powder coating when required to fill any surface imperfections
  • Mix coating materials in accordance with specifications
  • Provide error-free work to all internal and external customers as related to the output of their position
  • Work under direct supervision
  • Support the safety and quality programs by following all accompanying rules and established processes

Shift Schedule

The Material Handler will work a 1st shift schedule with optional overtime on Fridays. The regular hours are from Monday to Thursday, 5:30AM to 4:00PM, and Fridays are as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Simplify complex problems through analysis and logical reasoning
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to use hand tools and measuring tools
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is between $35,000 and $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure does not include additional benefits and perks offered by the company.
