Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical assistance and support to our staff. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining computer systems and software, and collaborating with our training specialist to develop technology-related training materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide prompt and effective technical support to our staff, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and software.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our training specialist to develop technology-related training materials and programs, and assist in delivering these programs to our staff.
  • Data Processing: Complete and supervise all periodic data processing and reporting accurately and on time, and produce notice and statement files for distribution to members.
Requirements

To be successful as an IT Support Specialist, you will need:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar or related role.
  • Education: A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
