Job Title: Inventory Control Manager

Join Saks Fifth Avenue, a world-renowned luxury ecommerce destination, as an Inventory Control Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of all inventory-related policies and procedures across all Fulfillment Centers, Corporate Offices, Photo Studios, and other locations where merchandise is stored.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure standards are identical from facility to facility and perform scheduled visits at each location to perform audits.
  • Review and create standardized reconciliations and exceptions reporting to ensure physical operation and virtual results match.
  • Identify areas for process improvements, provide training as needed, and partner with the AVP to create plans and strategies.
  • Understand all aspects of Fulfillment Center operations that impact inventory accuracy.
  • Visit all sites to ensure policies & procedures are understood and actioned to standard.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Inventory Control experience (preferably in a DC environment).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Knowledge of SQL a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to write and update SOPs and Best Practice documents.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time.
