Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Welch's. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate control of inventory, participating in the completion of daily production and processing reports, and entering and analyzing data within Oracle and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process production reporting and related inventory control
  • Assist with the reporting, reconciling, and completion of daily production batches
  • Manage and record reprocessed material
  • Control and manage draw-off / reworked material
  • Allocate labor to production reporting
  • Control tank inventory reconciliation used in reporting and analysis
  • Manage seasonal juice reporting
  • Investigate and follow through on inventory issues (daily reconciliations)
  • Cross train as backup in the finance area
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented work environment
  • Advanced skills in word processing and spreadsheets, specifically with Microsoft Office products
  • Prior knowledge of Oracle is a plus
