Job Overview:

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work on-site across a district, primarily with students in grades K-5. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to provide meaningful behavioral support and intervention to help students thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to implement positive behavior strategies
  • Provide ongoing data analysis and adjustments to interventions based on student progress
  • Support students in both general and special education settings

Requirements:

  • Active Behavior Analyst License
  • Experience working with K-5 students is preferred
