Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at SUMMIT UTILITIES INC. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to executive leaders and other departments, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and process expense reports for executive leaders.
  • Assist with office supplies ordering, distribution list maintenance, and building facility issues resolution.
  • Support the team of Executive Assistants by providing backup for large projects and vacations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role in a corporate environment.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
