About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Key Art Finisher to join our in-house Key Art Production Studio at Amazon MGM Studios Marketing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality key art for studio campaigns, working closely with our Group Lead Creative Finisher and other team members to ensure timely delivery and exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce final art in Adobe Photoshop
  • Produce files that are well structured and modular
  • Operate as a subject matter expert in both RGB and CMYK color spaces
  • Coordinate closely with the Group Lead Creative Finisher to understand the requirements for each project
  • Deliver quality work under quick deadlines and provide accurate time assessments
  • Work with leadership to develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures
  • Adhere to quality best practice guidelines
About the Team

Our Key Art Production team is a fast-paced and growing team within Amazon MGM Studios Marketing. We are responsible for end-to-end production of static assets, and our in-house Key Art Production Studio is a vital part of our success, enabling us to quickly turn around finishing and production requests from our stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of creative services experience
  • Experience leading projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company
  • Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service or studio
  • Understanding of best practices for file organization and structure
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience creative finishing in an agency or finishing vendor environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Adept at building modular files ready for creative adaptation into various proportions
  • Maintain organization of working files to create efficiencies within the team
