Fairview Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Imaging Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient, and effective services to our patients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance standards and objectives to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Partner with medical, technical, and operational stakeholders to establish and maintain high-quality services
- Create an environment that prioritizes exceeding customer needs and expectations
- Ensure effective implementation of organizational, operational, and individual change
- Manage and develop a team of highly skilled professionals to achieve service, safety, productivity, quality, and compliance objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or combination of Associates Degree and two years of relevant experience
- 3 to 5 years of formal or informal leadership experience
- Preferred: Master's Degree, 5 to 7 years of progressive healthcare management experience, 3 years Imaging Technologist Experience, Imaging modality certifications
