We focus on advanced treatments, including testosterone replacement therapy and various other men's health solutions.

Your Role:

As a Healthcare Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming patients, managing phone inquiries, and overseeing check-in/check-out processes
  • Conducting blood draws and administering testosterone, Gonadorelin, B12, and other vitamin injections
  • Monitoring patient vitals and accurately documenting them in our electronic medical records (EMR) system
  • Ensuring timely input of lab results into patient files
  • Supporting medical professionals in delivering patient care and being an essential member of our healthcare team
  • Assisting in laboratory operations while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Coordinating appointments and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic

Qualifications:

  • Current Medical Assistant Certification
  • Current BLS Certification
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in phlebotomy and medical assistance
  • Experience in related fields such as general practice, med spas, urology, family practice, laboratory, or endocrinology is preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology

Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Initial part-time hours (3 days a week, 24 hours per week) with the possibility of transitioning to full-time as patient demand increases

Experience Required:

  • Phlebotomy/Blood Draw (Required)
  • Medical Assisting: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification Required:

  • Medical Assistant Certification (Required)
  • BLS Certification (Required)
