While experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or similar fields is advantageous, we are open to training candidates who exhibit strong communication abilities, a willingness to learn, and a sincere dedication to supporting patients' healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistent communication with patients until their concerns are resolved
  • Respond promptly to patient inquiries and issues
  • Prepare for office evaluations and ensure compliance
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals
  • Foster patient loyalty through exceptional service experiences

Required Skills:

  • Experience in DME or Medical Devices is a plus but not mandatory
  • Proven track record of achieving targets
  • Familiarity with relevant software and communication systems
  • Ability to learn about our offerings and communicate them effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Minimum requirement of a high school diploma

Work Schedule:

This position is full-time, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, typically between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid holidays and time off.
