Multi-Site Community Maintenance Supervisor Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our multi-site communities, ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe and comfortable living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and common areas to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all necessary tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that residents are satisfied with the level of service provided.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce maintenance expenses.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding promptly to their maintenance requests and concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of prior apartment maintenance experience.
- Electrical technician license (O7B) is a plus.
- Good customer service skills.
- Renovation experience a plus.
- Experience completing work orders and preparing make-ready units.
- Well-rounded technical maintenance skillset.
- Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment.
- Consistent work history and verifiable references.
- Ability to pass drug screening/background and reference check.
- Valid driver's license.
Benefits:

- Full-time employees earn 152 hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year.
