Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our multi-site communities, ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe and comfortable living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and common areas to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all necessary tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that residents are satisfied with the level of service provided.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce maintenance expenses.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding promptly to their maintenance requests and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of prior apartment maintenance experience.
  • Electrical technician license (O7B) is a plus.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Renovation experience a plus.
  • Experience completing work orders and preparing make-ready units.
  • Well-rounded technical maintenance skillset.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment.
  • Consistent work history and verifiable references.
  • Ability to pass drug screening/background and reference check.
  • Valid driver's license.
