Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Supervisor to join our team at EFCO Corp. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of our concrete formwork solutions on job sites across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the erection of forming equipment on job sites, ensuring that all safety guidelines are met and product quality is maintained.
  • Identify and implement the best solution for each customer, working closely with district and corporate personnel to deliver exceptional results.
  • Complete field service scheduling requirements, reviewing blueprints and pre-planning to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work closely with sales and engineering staff to determine customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Deliver a minimum of two safety toolbox meetings per month on customer job sites, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Successful candidates will have a strong background in form carpentry, foreman, superintendent, or construction management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Carpenter union membership is a plus, and excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills are essential.
  • Ability to read blueprints, think creatively, and resolve problems quickly is crucial.
  • Passion for construction and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Physical Requirements:

  • Candidates must be able to drive for extended periods, sit/stand for unlimited intervals, and lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Position includes constant climbing and maneuvering around objects, working above head.
  • Extensive travel (2-4 nights per week) is required.

Final candidates will be required to pass a post-offer pre-employment physical and drug screen.
