About Franciscan Health:
We are seeking a highly skilled PRN Palliative Care Specialist to join our team at Franciscan Health Lafayette East campus. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with physicians to coordinate care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical excellence in palliative care, focusing on patient satisfaction and strong ties with the community.
- Work collaboratively with physicians to deliver the highest quality of patient care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with medical staff and the community.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree required.
- Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification required.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
