End-of-Life Care Specialist

At i4 Search Group Healthcare, we are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an End-of-Life Care Specialist. This role involves providing quality care to terminally ill patients and their loved ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and nursing assistants to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assess patients' medical conditions, monitor vital signs, and provide comfort measures.
- Administer pain management medications and perform prescribed treatments as needed.
- Provide education and support to family members and primary caregivers on end-of-life care and coping techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and charts.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Bachelor of Science degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Accredited certification in hospice and palliative care required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a hospice nurse.
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to manage stress and emotional challenges.
Compensation Package:
