Terminal Illness Support Specialist

We are currently looking for an experienced Terminal Illness Support Specialist to join our team at i4 Search Group. In this role, you will work closely with terminally ill patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality end-of-life care. The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $115,000.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience working with terminally ill patients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized care plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, and providing emotional support to patients and their loved ones.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice.
- Bachelor of Science degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Accredited certification in hospice and palliative care required.
- Two (2) years' experience as a hospice nurse preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of monitoring and managing terminally ill patients' conditions and comfort.
- Superb analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Great interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities, as well as a compassionate nature.
