Palliative Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled Palliative Care Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be working with patients and their families to provide high-quality care and support during the final stages of life.
Main Responsibilities:- Assess patients' medical conditions and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Administer medications and perform procedures as needed.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice is required.
- A Bachelor of Science degree in nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Accredited certification in hospice and palliative care is required.
- Two years of experience as a hospice nurse is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of monitoring and managing terminally ill patients' conditions and comfort.
- Superb analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Great interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities, as well as a compassionate nature.
- Exceptional ability to manage stress and emotional challenges.
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
