About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Abode Care Partners. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality medical care to seniors and individuals with complex needs.

Job Summary

This is a part-time opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver evidence-based medical care in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and private homes. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans and ensure patients receive the best possible outcomes.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $100,000-$120,000, with total earnings potential reaching $130,000+ based on performance. Responsibilities
  • Perform examinations and treatments to diagnose and manage chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed.
  • Provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • Five or more years of nursing experience.
  • Proficiency in medical instruments and equipment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer-based data management programs, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
