You will support North American Service Operations and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical, or electrical field and a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a related field. Proficiency in Windows-based and embedded operating systems, as well as knowledge of SAP, is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site installations, customer training, repairs, and preventative maintenance for assigned instrumentation

  • Prioritize, schedule, and track open service issues to resolution
