About the Job:

In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors, the Physical Therapist Assistant performs patient treatment under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. The Physical Therapist Assistant communicates and collaborates with other caregivers to provide quality care and maintains accurate patient records.

Responsibilities:

• Provides nursing care and ensures an environment of patient safety
• Promotes evidence-based practice and quality initiatives
• Exhibits professionalism in nursing practice within the model of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
• Licensed in the state of Ohio to practice as a physical therapist assistant
• One year of experience preferred
• Effective communication skills and ability to make sound decisions
