Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated inside sales executive to join our dynamic team at The Cormier Group. This role is pivotal in driving business expansion by converting potential customers into qualified leads. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional persuasive abilities and enjoys engaging with clients.
Compensation:$40,000 - $53,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor performance objectives and essential sales metrics monthly and quarterly to ensure the achievement of company targets.
- Maintain an updated client database to provide the sales team with current information on all prospects.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team to facilitate prompt responses to customer inquiries.
- Engage with potential clients through various communication channels to convert them into qualified leads and guide them through the sales process.
- Identify new business opportunities within designated regions to expand the client base.
- Promote a healthy work-life balance by allowing flexibility in scheduling.
- Equip agents with advanced technology and a comprehensive product range to simplify the sales process.
- Offer multiple income streams, including stock options, to reward proactive efforts.
- Provide health benefit plans for employees and their families.
- Deliver ongoing training, mentorship, and coaching through personalized support.
- Ensure leads are sent directly to your mobile device.
- No cold calling, No door-to-door sales, No reliance solely on referrals.
- Excellent time management, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Familiarity with the sales process and CRM software.
- Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work remotely while staying connected with your mentor.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license.
- Self-motivated, as this is a commission-based role where effort directly correlates with earnings.
- Open to training and coaching.

- Willingness to work towards the income expectations set for the first year.
