We are currently seeking professionals for our Chemical Cleaning Division.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the strategic direction and execution of assigned projects.

Operational Excellence: Enhance operational systems, processes, and policies to support the mission of the Chemical Cleaning Division, particularly in improving management reporting, information flow, and organizational planning.

Team Management: Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Branch and Support Services (HR, Safety, Finance, etc.) through improvements in each function and fostering coordination and communication across Branches and Business functions.

Long-term Planning: Play a crucial role in long-term strategic planning, including initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence.

Operational Oversight: Manage overall operational activities, planning, systems, and controls.

Budget Management: Oversee the Division budget in collaboration with Executive Management.

Development of Staff: Mentor and develop individual Project Managers.

Documentation Organization: Ensure proper organization of Divisional documents.

Executive Collaboration: Conduct regular meetings with Executive Management regarding Division operations and planning.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving ongoing prospect goals.

Project Financials: Supervise project budgeting and invoicing, and manage project cost controls.

Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact for customers and projects.

Qualifications: A college degree or 8 years of progressive supervisory experience. Experience in Chemical Cleaning or Industrial Management is essential, along with demonstrated experience in at least three product line service classifications.
