- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Selling into major markets, including refineries, construction, oil and gas, and environmental services.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet individual and departmental financial goals.
- 2+ years of outside sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 50-75% travel required, with frequent overnight stays.
