Shop Search Product Manager

As a key member of our TikTok Shop team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our search product, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of search algorithms, data analysis, and user experience design.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement search product strategies to improve customer experience and increase revenue.
2. Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop search infrastructure, including product understanding and user understanding.
3. Lead the design of search front-end interaction to ensure a seamless user experience.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in search domain, with a strong background in e-commerce platforms.
2. Excellent data analysis skills and ability to drive product development through data insights.
