Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Veterans Sourcing Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Dashboard Development: Design and develop financial reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, risk management, or related field.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills, SQL programming, VBA coding, and experience with financial software applications.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
