Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute IT risk management strategies to protect the organization's digital assets.
  • Manage the IT compliance framework, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory, legal, and contractual requirements.
  • Conduct thorough IT risk evaluations and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead various IT Security, Risk, and Compliance initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Establish and maintain security compliance frameworks, including NIST and IT SOX standards.
  • Guarantee compliance of all IT systems and processes with PII and PCI-DSS regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure uniform application of IT policies throughout the organization.
  • Provide training and support to staff on best practices in IT risk management and compliance.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in IT security, risk management, and compliance to enhance organizational practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT risk management and compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT governance, security compliance frameworks, project management, NIST, IT SOX, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing IT security and compliance processes.
  • Experience in managing IT Security, Risk, and Compliance projects.
  • Strong understanding of PII and PCI-DSS regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex IT concepts to non-technical personnel.
  • Strong analytical abilities to identify risks and devise effective mitigation strategies.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Professional certifications such as CISM, CRISC, or CISSP are advantageous.
