- Conduct thorough IT risk evaluations and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead various IT Security, Risk, and Compliance initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Establish and maintain security compliance frameworks, including NIST and IT SOX standards.
- Guarantee compliance of all IT systems and processes with PII and PCI-DSS regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure uniform application of IT policies throughout the organization.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in IT risk management and compliance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in IT security, risk management, and compliance to enhance organizational practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT risk management and compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of IT governance, security compliance frameworks, project management, NIST, IT SOX, and cybersecurity principles.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing IT security and compliance processes.
- Experience in managing IT Security, Risk, and Compliance projects.
- Strong understanding of PII and PCI-DSS regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex IT concepts to non-technical personnel.
- Strong analytical abilities to identify risks and devise effective mitigation strategies.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Professional certifications such as CISM, CRISC, or CISSP are advantageous.
