Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Analytics Manager to join our team at TD Bank, National Association. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for overseeing credit risk modeling for our credit card portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of credit risk models for our retail credit product portfolios.
  • Lead and mentor a team of risk analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate completion of key projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Model Validation, Model Risk Management, Internal Audit, and external auditors, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain deep analysis of credit risk drivers and parameters under various scenarios, using leading-edge technologies and innovative solutions.
  • Manage the development, validation, documentation, and ongoing monitoring of account-level models for credit risk parameters (PD, EAD, and LGD) for all retail credit product portfolios.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring our risk models and practices remain compliant and effective.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in credit risk modeling, with a strong understanding of Expected and Unexpected Loss, Allowance, Economic Capital, and regulatory stress testing for retail credit exposures.
  • Masters in Statistics, Math, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Econometrics, Operations Research, or Quantitative Financial Economics, or a closely related field, with 3 years of experience in the retail banking industry.
  • OR Bachelors in a related field, with 5 years of experience in the retail banking industry.
