Job Title: Experienced Estate Planning Attorney

We are seeking an experienced estate planning attorney to join our team at Trust Counsel PL. As a key member of our estate planning and asset protection practice, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on complex estate planning and trust administration matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze clients' situations and devise practical solutions to their estate planning and trust administration needs.
  • Compose and edit intricate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and estate plans.
  • Liaise with clients, other legal professionals, and relevant parties to ensure seamless execution of estate planning and trust administration matters.
  • Construct and advise clients on complex corporate formations and structures, including family limited partnerships and other wealth transfer vehicles.
  • Manage documentation and administrative matters from start to finish, including preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory documents.
  • Oversee, supervise, and direct team members who report to you, ensuring that all estate planning and trust administration matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
  • A membership with The Florida Bar is mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of experience in estate planning, asset protection, and trust administration, with a proven track record of success in this field.
  • Knowledge of and the aptitude to quickly learn new legal concepts in an area that is always changing.
  • Command of both English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in various drafting software, including WealthDocs and Client Management Software like Clio.
