Overview


As a Channel Engagement Analyst at MPLOY, you will collaborate with the Channel Engagement Team to spearhead media and web tagging, tracking, analytics audits, implementation, data integration, reporting, and insight generation.

Your role will involve presenting analytical findings through dashboards and presentations to inform both internal teams and clients.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- 5+ years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment with a proven track record in analytics and reporting

- Proficient in SEO, digital marketing (including social and programmatic platforms), and various media channels

- Skilled in creating impactful reports utilizing data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, PowerBI)

- Capable of synchronizing data from diverse channel platforms and formats

- Extensive experience with online analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics (Adobe is a plus) to derive user behavior and traffic insights

- Familiarity with tag deployment and troubleshooting (e.g., GTM, Adobe Tags)

- Ability to convey technical concepts, limitations, and requirements to stakeholders and demonstrate solutions to peers

- Comfortable working in a dynamic, engaging, and entrepreneurial environment

- Proficient in managing multiple projects to ensure organized, timely results.

- Basic understanding of Data Stream and Storage setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Analyze and extract insights from both media and business performance perspectives

- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for enhancement

- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization experiments to enhance campaign performance

- Stay informed about changes in algorithms, platform updates, and other factors that may influence campaign performance

- Create compelling reports using data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, PowerBI)

- Synchronize data from various channel platforms and formats

- Conduct analysis with online analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics (Adobe is a plus) to inform user behavior and traffic insights

- Develop tagging strategies (GTM, Adobe Tags), implement, and conduct quality assurance on tags in collaboration with channel specialists.

- Formulate website analytics tagging strategies, implement, and conduct quality assurance on tags in partnership with content strategists and the development team

- Assist in Data Stream and Storage setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance

- Maintain processes for collecting, cleaning, and storing web analytics, paid media delivery data, and client data.
