Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

NYC Health + Hospitals / South Brooklyn Health is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist with various HR operational tasks, including data management, presentation creation, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage data effectively using Excel and Access, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Create complex presentations using PowerPoint to communicate key information to stakeholders.
  • Analyze database information to generate charts and graphs, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Assist with scheduling training classes and ensuring proper classroom setup, promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Design and implement surveys to gather feedback and data, driving continuous improvement.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain a professional work environment and provide support for general HR operational needs.
Requirements:
  • Two years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Application Center, Excel, and database management.
  • Scanning skills and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
