Russell Tobin & Associates is in search of a Customer Service Specialist.
Employment Type: Contract/ Onsite
Compensation: $16/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by managing incoming inquiries and processing orders, addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Engage with customers through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Effectively convey additional promotions and services available.
- Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner while attentively addressing their concerns.
- Provide assistance and solutions to customers in alignment with the company's service policies.
- Recognize customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns, and offer appropriate and professional responses to all queries.
- Direct customers to the relevant departments and teams when necessary, ensuring follow-up on the status of their inquiries.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to achieve overall customer satisfaction and product quality goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm, proficient in 10-key entry, and previous phone experience.
- Required Experience: 2 years.
