Position Overview:

This position requires the application of fundamental principles, theories, and concepts, along with a foundational understanding of the industry. The consultant will address routine challenges of limited scope and complexity, escalating more intricate issues to senior levels of management. The role operates under direct supervision.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in human capital management, encompassing workforce planning, competency modeling, onboarding, training and development, career pathing, or performance management.
  • Familiarity with human capital best practices and methodologies specific to the domain.
  • Capability to support strategic consulting services through comprehensive data collection, formulation of recommendations, and the creation of actionable products and deliverables for clients.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting Department of Defense (DoD) organizations.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Security Clearance:

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to fulfill eligibility requirements for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

The salary for this position is influenced by various factors, including location, the individual's unique combination of education, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this role is between $47,000.00 and $96,000.00 annually. This estimate reflects the typical salary range for this position and is one aspect of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
