Job Title: Vice President of Medical Affairs

About the Role:

The Vice President of Medical Affairs will lead the development and execution of the medical affairs strategy, programs, and deliverables for TOLMAR Pharmaceuticals. This role requires a strong clinical and subject-matter expertise to provide guidance to the marketing and sales teams, ensuring the scientific integrity of all research, information, and communication with healthcare providers and patient advocacy groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the medical affairs strategy, programs, and deliverables in alignment with compliant marketing strategies.
  • Provide clinical and subject-matter expertise to the marketing and sales teams.
  • Establish trusting and compliant relationships with experts and advocates within the urology, uro-oncology, pediatric endocrinology, and Men's health community.
  • Develop and execute a strong advocacy plan with experts in the field, academics, and professionals, and/or patient associations to build product awareness and gain strategic insights for marketing and development strategy.
  • Represent TOLMAR Pharmaceuticals at medical meetings and advisory boards, as well as in discussions with key opinion leaders to enhance product knowledge and awareness.
  • Provide internal education and training sessions to ensure consistent, up-to-date scientific and medical information to the Commercial team.
  • Oversee the staffing, performance management, and development of the medical affairs organization.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • MD or MD/Ph.D. or Ph.D. with relevant research and medical affairs experience in the oncology space.
  • Ten or more years of progressive medical affairs responsibility in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience and background in medical oncology is strongly preferred.

What We Offer:

  • Core pay range: $350,000 - $450,000
  • Bonus and LTIP eligible position
