Job Summary

Foundations for Living is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Program Director to oversee the Behavioral Health Program at one of our facilities. As a Clinical Program Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high-quality treatment program, as well as providing supervision to clinical and administrative staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive treatment program
  • Provide clinical supervision to nursing, counseling, and administrative staff
  • Recruit, interview, and select qualified staff for the program
  • Develop processes to audit and coordinate ongoing education for staff
  • Collaborate with medical and clinical staff to coordinate and manage medical and psychosocial treatment plans
  • Participate in assessing and reassessing program needs

Requirements

* Active RN license; BSN desired
* Post Graduate Degree preferred
* CPR, BLS, ACLS
