Director of Alumni Engagement

At Saint Andrew's School, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our alumni engagement efforts. As the Director of Alumni Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive alumni annual giving program that includes extensive outreach to alumni constituents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for alumni engagement and annual giving
  • Oversee the relationship with the Alumni Board of Directors, providing strategic direction and managing board needs
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 alumni annual fund prospects through the donor cycle of identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive alumni communications strategy through a coordinated matrix of communications involving email, direct mail, social media, website, publications, event invitations, and volunteer opportunities
  • Develop and coordinate all alumni events to ensure engagement and follow-up goals are met
  • Manage the Alumni & Parent Mentorship and Internship Program (SA Connect) and the Class Agent program
  • Recruit mentors and users within the Saint Andrew's community
  • Identify, recruit, and manage the Class Agent program
  • Communicate effectively with a broad range of internal and external constituents, including faculty, staff, students, alumni, parents, donors, volunteers, and friends of the School

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Thorough knowledge of advancement operations and exceptional experience managing annual giving programs
  • Experience in using development software, Raiser's Edge preferred
  • Understanding of database management, gift processing, and donor relations
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
