Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Office of Students Services, Deans, Directors, and Coordinators to develop key strategies for attracting and converting prospective students.
  • Communicate with prospective students through phone, email, and in-person outreach.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities, including travel to schools, community partners, and community events.
  • Provide information to prospective students and faculty about the Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing.
  • Meet one-on-one with prospective students to provide information and assist with the application process.
  • Research and evaluate previous years' productivity to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing communications with prospects and other referral sources.
  • Cultivate relationships with alumni, advisors, and other constituents to assist with the recruitment process.
  • Continuously improve presentations and innovative recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate data on how applicants are progressing through the recruitment cycle.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization.
  • Two years of experience in higher education recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of recruiting in higher education.
  • Sales experience.
