Procurement Manager TPM Strategy

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager TPM Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for elevating supplier performance and mitigating risk associated with new and existing third-party manufacturers globally.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and prioritize TPM commercial goals and objectives, measure performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Develop objectives and programs to reduce the total acquisition costs (product/component cost glide paths). Develop and implement consistent performance metrics for TPMs.
- Provide leadership in identifying and developing reliable and cost-effective manufacturing processes for all new and existing products/components manufactured by TPMs.
- Lead cross-functional project activities to set up the supply chain with new TPMs (from raw materials sourcing to manufacturing to distribution). Develop and maintain timelines for the TPM activities in the project, and manage the project expense budget to support the start-up.
- Ensure TPM governance is established to ensure clear roles and responsibilities, review process, and commercial metrics.
- Evaluate cost/benefit of various financial scenarios and make recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 10 years of contract negotiation skills; project management certification
