Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Capital Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our capital procurement strategy, working closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of our commercial terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive capital procurement strategy, leveraging analytics and data to drive business decisions.
  • Negotiate commercially favorable terms with suppliers, ensuring reduced costs, shorter lead times, and improved quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of capital purchases, meeting business objectives and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a track record of success in negotiating commercially favorable terms.
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or similar certification desirable.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
