Customer Experience Strategist

As a Product Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting research studies to inform product decisions, analyzing and synthesizing data to generate insights and recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and preferences.
You will also be responsible for developing and executing research studies to drive product improvements and innovations, working closely with stakeholders to communicate findings and insights, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX research, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and preferences
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in UX research
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
Salary Range:$123,800 - $216,500 per year, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
