Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at BBL Hospitality. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities- Register guests into the hotel in a prompt and courteous manner, using up-selling techniques to maximize room rates.
- Check guests out of the hotel, process customer payments according to established policies and procedures.
- Respond to guest requests promptly, promote hotel services, facilities, and outlets, and provide guests with information to increase guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest complaints to the satisfaction of the customer, inform supervisor of major problems, complaints, disturbances, or unhappy guests.
- Book guest reservations or coordinate with the reservation center.
- Handle departmental accounting of moneys, receipts, guest accounts, and other forms of credit, post all charges, complete the cashier's report, prepare deposit, and count the cashier bank.
- Issue, control, and release guest safe-deposit boxes.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Skills include typing, computer aptitude, interpersonal skills, reading, writing, mathematical abilities, including basic math.
- Physical requirements include speaking/hearing on the phone, reading/writing/typing, lifting and carrying, reaching overhead, pushing, pulling, bending, and able to walk stairs.
