About the Role:

Takeda Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for advancing the commercial potential of our brand by creating meaningful customer experiences and inspiring education and therapeutic consideration.

You will partner with the IBD Strategy and Brand Marketing teams to develop and execute regional marketing initiatives, including conference presence and sponsorships. Your expertise in creating marketing strategies, plans, and tactics will be essential in driving brand performance and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing initiatives to advance the commercial potential of our brand
  • Partner with the IBD Strategy and Brand Marketing teams to create meaningful customer experiences and inspire education and therapeutic consideration
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, plans, and tactics to drive brand performance and achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on brand optimization and marketing strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • 7+ years customer-facing pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience (field sales, product marketing, medical or clinical experience in the same or related therapeutic area)
  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: clinical liaison, thought leader management, marketing or clinical experience in the same or related therapeutic area with experience in creating marketing strategies, plans, and tactics
  • Clinical experience in IBD, specialty Biologics and/or rare disease strongly preferred
  • Thought leader or demonstrated key opinion leader (KOL) leadership experience a plus
