We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.
Your primary focus will be on providing timely and effective support for a range of technical issues, including desktop hardware, applications, mobile devices, and telecommunications.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to technical queries from end-users in a professional and courteous manner.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex IT issues, escalating critical cases as necessary.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of support interactions, including case notes and resolution details.
