ServiceNow Developer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow applications, including forms, workflows, and business rules.
  • Design and implement Access Control Management (ACM) and Access Control Lists (ACLs) to ensure secure access to ServiceNow resources.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP and file-based interfaces.
  • Design and implement client-side and server-side scripting to enhance ServiceNow functionality.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards to provide insights into business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize ServiceNow development projects.
Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with SQL, HTML/CSS, AJAX, and XML.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and ITIL framework.
  • Knowledge of AWS and Python programming languages.
  • Experience with Instance Data Replication (IDR) and ServiceNow integration with third-party systems.
