ServiceNow HRSD Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Architect to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

• Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Employee Center Pro
• Develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform using an "Architecture first" principle
• Work with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HRSD solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and best practices

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically with HRSD module and EC Pro
• Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on user experience, HRSD and Employee Center Pro
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions
• Proven experience in at least one design, architect and implementation of HRSD solutions including Employee Center Pro on ServiceNow
• Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
• Experience in architecting, solutioning, implementation and configuration of Employee Center Pro
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations
• Experience working in Agile environment using SCRUM methodology
• Good to have experience in ServiceNow UI Development: ServiceNow Service Portal/Employee Center Components like Branding, SP pages, UI pages, Widgets, along with UI technologies Angular JS (1.X), Angular Provider, Angular Templates, Bootstrap 3 framework, CSS, HTML
