Job Summary

The Content Developer is a key role in our organization, responsible for designing and implementing AI tools to create educational content, including assessments and course materials.

This position focuses on developing content structures, utilizing AI tools to produce content for internal teams, and evaluating tool outputs for compliance and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design content structures that AI tools will use to create educational materials.
  • Utilize AI tools to produce content supporting various internal teams' needs.
  • Evaluate AI tool outputs to monitor for compliance with educational standards and overall quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand content requirements and translate them into AI-friendly structures.
  • Maintain and expand subject matter expertise in educational content development and AI-assisted content creation.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of AI tools and content generation processes.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards for educational content across AI-generated materials.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for AI-assisted content creation in an educational context.
  • Lead in training other team members on the use of AI tools for content development.
  • Stay current with trends in educational content development and AI applications in education.
