Job Overview
We are currently hiring a dedicated Legal Intake Customer Support Representative to join our team in Nashville. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to phone inquiries, and addressing their needs with care and empathy.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving incoming client calls, following detailed scripts, and filling out intake forms while communicating with clients. Your professional attitude, patience, and excellent communication skills will set the tone for a positive experience for our clients.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and diction. You should also have a professional phone voice, active-listening skills, and the ability to ask appropriate questions. Additionally, you will need to be able to converse with various personalities and collect pertinent details to determine the viability of claims.

Our ideal candidate will have accurate and fast typing skills, PC/computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, and a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. A High School Diploma or GED, and being at least 18 years old, are also required.

Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20, with perfect attendance. Without perfect attendance, the hourly rate is $18.
