About the Role

As an Intake Specialist Coordinator, you will play a critical role in our customer service team, acting as a liaison between our clients and their customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring that all client needs are met.

Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving incoming client calls and following detailed scripts
  • Filling out intake forms while talking to clients
  • Receiving calls electronically and by live transfer
  • Maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience with potential clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A professional phone voice that shows customer care and concern
  • Active-listening skills to ensure client information is gathered correctly and fully
  • The ability to ask appropriate questions
  • The ability to converse with various personalities and to collect pertinent details to determine viability of their claims
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $20/hour with perfect attendance, or $18/hour without.
