Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
  • Required architectural licensure
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Newforma
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to delegate tasks and mentor team members to enhance their skills
  • Contributes positively to operational and management systems to support team and firm objectives
  • Effective communication skills within a creative team setting
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
A Day in the Life of a Senior Project Architect:
  • Act as the primary consultant liaison and secondary client liaison to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with optimal client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the design lead to formulate overall project design concepts and development processes, ensuring compliance with client agreements
  • Provide technical expertise to produce documents for projects of varying sizes and scopes
  • Oversee quality control for all deliverables
  • May estimate fees, define scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts for principal review
  • May serve as project manager or work closely with project managers to maintain project integrity regarding scope, budget, and design
  • Understand the essential relationships and contractual obligations among designers, consultants, owners, and contractors
  • Represent A&E Design in all client communications throughout various project stages
  • Prepare client agreements with clearly defined scope and schedule, educating clients on the terms
  • Schedule, attend, and document all meetings with clients, project team members, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project teams and clients to ensure project success
  • Maintain regular updates on project completion, including schedules and billing milestones
  • Continuously strive for innovation, learning, and improvement, never settling for the status quo
