Position Summary: We are actively seeking experienced Drillers for immediate placement at multiple job sites. The role requires travel, and candidates residing outside the designated project areas must be prepared for extended travel periods, with daily per diem reimbursement provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate equipment for the installation of fiber-optic, copper, and power cables, as well as sewer and water facilities using HDD trenchless construction methods.
  • Possess extensive experience with HDD operations around utilities in both rural and urban settings.
  • Read and interpret prints and schematics effectively.
  • Maintain daily drilling logs and ensure equipment is in safe working order through routine maintenance.
  • Promote positive relationships with team members and clients.
  • Assist in supervising the team when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Horizontal Directional Drilling.
  • Familiarity with utility construction procedures and print reading.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work in various outdoor conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a drug screening and background check.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Capable of lifting, carrying, and maneuvering equipment as necessary.
  • Willingness to travel and work in diverse locations.
