In this position, you will be responsible for selling human resources technology within a specified geographic area, aiming to develop new business prospects and facilitate strategic conversations regarding Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for organizations with 50 to 150 employees. You will oversee complete sales processes, promote ADP's extensive range of solutions (over 40 products and services) to executives, and accurately predict your sales pipeline.

Your primary focus will be on leveraging your sales expertise in the field. Additionally, you will document and manage multiple sales cycles, ensuring a smooth transition from implementation to operational status for the solutions you provide. Key Responsibilities:

Expand Our Business While Advancing Your Career. You will work both independently and collaboratively within various teams in your designated area to secure sales, acquire new clients, and achieve sales targets.

Transform Prospects into Loyal Clients. You will implement a sales strategy directed at decision-makers and business owners to establish a network and capture new business opportunities.

Enhance Relationships Across the ADP Network. Alongside selling cloud-based human resources solutions, you will strategically develop additional business within existing accounts, fostering long-lasting professional relationships.

Collaborate Effectively. You will act as a trusted advisor and ambassador for ADP, maintaining high ethical standards while managing client relationships and internal partnerships.

Qualifications for Success:

Proven Track Record. You have a strong history of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a sales territory.

A college degree is beneficial but not mandatory. Relevant experience is valued, including:

  • Two or more years in quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales.
  • Three or more years in HCM, technology, business equipment, or software sales.
  • Military experience that demonstrates teamwork, resilience, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in building networks and utilizing social media for sales purposes.
